The boys’ soccer team has started off with a promising season, going 4-2 within their section. Their only losses were to Riverside and Quigley. “The Quigley game was a fluke in which we should have won, but we didn’t play one of our best games,” junior Costa Barlamas said. They are led by three captains: seniors Franzee Barlamas and Adam Hunkins, and junior Colin Allego. The captains were voted on with the intention to improve and lead the team. Costa Barlamas said, “we’re halfway through the season, and look to only improve from here.” The team is hopeful for a section title, and possibly another trip to playoffs. "Section title isn’t out of reach, and playoffs aren’t either," said sophomore Nathan Fleming.
