October 27, the Freedom Middle School was visited by a special guest: Hines Ward. Thanks to David Grove for winning the "Take A Player To School" sweepstakes sponsored by JC Penney. Unaware that he was entered into the contest until after his mother entered his name into it online, David was escorted to school by Hines Ward in a limo. During the fun-filled hour and a half, the NFL receiver signed autographs and told the students to play outside. For more information check out our issue coming out on November 18.
